The National Police Service has issued a warning over a fake document that is making rounds on social media regarding the National Police college’s sports recruitment.
The document states that the recruitment process has been postponed. But the NPS says that this is a hoax.
“We wish to notify the public that this is the work of conmen out to defraud innocent and unsuspecting members of the public under the pretext of recruitment into the police service,” NPS said.
Police advised the public to always do a due diligence on matters of recruitments.
This they said should be done by confirming with relevant NPS officials sources including NPS Website among others.
