Ahead of the voting on August 9, around 10 counties have been designated as the primary battlegrounds between William Ruto of the UDA and Raila Odinga of the Azimio.
Mombasa, (641,913),Tana River (141,096)Nakuru (1,054,856),Trans Nzoia (398,981),Bungoma(646,598),Vihiga (310,043),Narok(398,784),Samburu(100,014),Marsabit( 166,912),and Isiolo (89,504), counties are among them.
The two front-runners have focused their campaigns over the past month on the 10 counties with at least 3.6 million voters.
